How do I book?

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, message us on Telegram in advance — the earlier you let us know, the easier it is to find a new time.
How long does a visit last?
From 2 to 4 hours depending on the program — exact duration is listed on each program’s page.
Space & format
How many guests fit?
Up to six people at once. The space is entirely yours for the whole visit — no strangers around.
Can I come alone?
Yes — the “Clear Mind” program or a space rental both work well for that.
What if we’re a loud group?
The space is private — no one bothers you, and no one’s waiting their turn for the bench.
Choosing a program
Not sure what to choose — what should we do?
Tell us the occasion in your request — we’ll suggest a format. Or check the “Pick by occasion” section on the homepage.
How is a rental different from a program?
A rental has no banya master and no set script — you run the evening yourself, at your own pace.
Can I add something to a program?
Yes — a venik (bath broom), ice bath, scrub, or massage can be added to any program when confirming your booking.
Health
Are there any contraindications?
A Russian banya involves high heat and contrast dousing. If you have chronic conditions, are pregnant, or have other conditions requiring caution, it’s best to consult a doctor beforehand.
What if I don’t tolerate heat well?
Tell the banya master — the heat and number of rounds are adjusted to you; there’s no need to force yourself.
Gift certificates
How long is a certificate valid?
6 months from the date of purchase; the visit date is open — the recipient chooses the time themselves.
Can I get it for a specific program?
Yes, just mention it in the request on the “Gift Certificates” page — we’ll arrange it for the scenario you need or for an open amount.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payment methods are confirmed by the administrator when your booking is confirmed.
Is a deposit required?
Depends on the program and date — this is clarified when confirming your booking.
Logistics
Where can I park?
There’s a small quirk at the entrance that’s easier to show than explain — we’ll point you to the exact route and parking spot when confirming your booking.
